Ok, from what I could translate of your typing.... I would stick with it. Especially if your considering a competitive school. However, if you're actually telling the truth about this teacher (but I think you're exaggerating), you should contact your administration. They're there to make sure something like that kind of grading doesn't happen and they should be informed.
