I have a bar that has snapped under the rear of my 04 Venture. What it this bar, and what kind of repair?

The bar is long and somewhat thin, and looks to be connected near the rear wheels. I noticed a wobbling feeling as I made a turn last night. What is this part, and how costly of a repair?
