Why don't you become a Ref?

I live in Germany (i am English,ex army)and i have a refs licence,but believe me the younger kids (12-18 years)leagues are where you get the most hle,if it wasn't for me being so tall and an ex boxer i reckon they would walk all over me,but as it goes the know me now(ive refereed for more than 7 years now)so they don't try no sh1t with me.its a dirty job but someones got to do it.
