Is a person more ticklish the softer the skin is (please read for an amusing story, LOL!)?

sensitiveness of skin gives a sort of ticklish effect especially near the stomach because the inner part of your body cannot take such contact, but this does not mean the softer your skin is thee more ticklish it is.
