Who should I start at RB today?

with and hour and a half to gametime, Julius Jones is inactive for the Seahwawks today, so now I have a question to ask myself, who should I start? I have Justin Forsett, who will start for Jones and is playing the Rams. I also have Jamaal Charles who is playing against San Diego... I also have Slaton and Forte but have decided to not start them
