DO YOU THINK I'M PREGNANT?

Hi all. First month Clomid + Metformin. At least 1 good follicle. Progesterone level 10.1. DH and I DTD the day of ovulation. Now, I have tender , very noticeable bumps around both of my aereolas (I had none before), backaches, cramping and I'm really tired. Can't take an hpt until next week. What do you think?
