I slipped in our bathroom and fell flat on the floor IIam now suffering from a sore upper right arm.?

It has been one long month already and it is still sore. I have had my PT, x-rays, pain relievers ,etc. to no avail. please anyone out there. Have you had these experience. By the way, my arm is heavy and painful all the time.
