Reacting to the girl I care about...I'm 14?

Well I'm not going to IM you, just because I don't randomly IM people I don't know. But I will give you my input. I'd just give her some time, she seems like she's not ready to commit to a relationship yet; that doesn't mean that she won't in the future. So in the mean time, don't crowd her, give her space and let her make the decision herself. I know, easier said than done, but if it's meant to happen it will.
