Will someone PLEASE explain this to me?

Why is Colt Brennan, yes the same Colt Brennan you heard about for 5 seconds on ESPN when all he did was set all those NCAA records and led Hawaii to an undefeated season(and a heisman candidate by the way), most likely not going to get picked in the first or maybe even second round of the draft?
