Will my ex get custody of my daughter?

me and my ex were together five years and have a two year old. We broke up and I moved out he wouldnt give me child support so I had to move back in with him... He has four vehicles and I was using one until I could get my own. I paid the insurance on it got it new brakes and tune ups.. He called the cops when I was on my way ro work they made me meet them at the courthouse and hand over the keys. I filed an injunction against him for hitting me earlier that morning. He made me lose my job by taking that truck. He thinks a judge will give him custody cuz he has a job and car... Will it even matter that he is the reason I have no job and took my only way to work .. I've been the one who raised my baby these two years.. He never did anything and when I moved out and took her he only had her nights I worked and he even told me he fell asleep with her running around...
