Where can i find a copy of the Return Home safely that is used at a firemans funeral.?

During the memorial it is read before they ring the bell and retire the fireman's number it is the all clear and all returned safely.... That is read at the funeral for the fireman.I would like a copy of what the dispatcher reads before they ring the fire bell to end the service when the fireman is buried.
