Information on CISCO certificates.?

I am a student. Who is interested in the CISCO learning field. I'm taking the introductory course, prior to taking the CCNA course. What are my job secuirty and average salary I'm looking at once I attain a CCNA certificate? I also plan on attaining all future CISCO certificates.
