I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO?

You know it was wrong to say yes and it makes you look fickle to Seth, 2 weeks ago you pouring your heart out to him & telling him how you feel and the next breath your saying yes to his friend to be his gf... come on now! Do the right thing and break it off with this guy, your not into him at all and it's not fair to him either.
