How long will it take me to...........?

From your poor spelling and poor grammar, it looks like you have enough challenges just mastering English, so I wouldn't hold out hope of becoming too fluent in Finnish by next year. However, if you apply yourself (to both languages!) you should be able to master the essentials of Finnish so that you can communicate and at least be understood in the unlikely case that you encounter a Finn who doesn't know a little English. If there is a real desire to communicate, you will always find a way. While studying in Sweden, for example, I only ever found two situations in which I encountered someone with whom I needed to communicate but who didn't know a little English. In one case it was when I was trying to buy ice cream in a shop in a town on an island. I finally just went behind the counter and pointed on the menu sign to the ice cream I wanted. The clerk thought it was hilarious and we all had a good laugh. Good luck!
