How bad could I get sued (if any at all) for using clical music (mozart etc.) when producing hip-hop beats?

I don't really know if some of "then's" clical music is copy-written, but I'm only 17 y.o. and definitely not looking for any legal dispute over such. I need to know. Someone help me.
