Have you ever heard about the 11:11 spirit gaurdians?

Like they wake you up at 11:11, 12:34,4:44,3:33,2:22,& 10:10. They let you know their here like that. It happens to my stepmom all the time. What do you think about it? I think would be freaky if it was a stranger, but comforting if it was family. Do you believe in ghost and the paranormal? I personally do but what do you think?
