The chime is basically a fuse look onto your service manual locate fuse pull it out hold onto it go about 75 mph down road roll window down and throw it out problem solved. Now for charging problems I suggest you get spare key made like one by itself and stick it in and just turn it to accesories to keep it charged and take your cute little electric door locker and lock the doors and go do your business but make sure you have spare key incase your remote decides one day batteries are dead.
