How much should I have saved up to buy a PS3?

I haven't really checked the local prices here, but I know we have a fair Gamestop that's not overpriced. Okay, so I have a little under $100 right now and I was wondering how much I should have for a PS3 A copy of Modern Warfare 2. Some PSN points. An extra controller. A charging dock. I actually have a broken (Previously opened) Xbox 360 Elite (Red Rings) 2 Elite Controllers. A 250 GB Hard Drive ( I want to transfer the memory ) and some other parts for my Xbox 360. How much should I have to buy a PS3? In the $400's or $500's area?
